How Does it work?
- We contact companies nationwide on a daily basis directly through extensive networking, internet marketing, and telemarketing campaigns to inquire if they are in need of recruiting assistance for their open positions.
- If the company is interested in working with recruiters to fill their open positions we negotiate the placement fee they're willing to pay a recruiter who finds them a candidate they decide to hire.
- The open position is then posted along with all of our other active open positions in our password protected area where our member recruiters can view the full job description and decide if they wish to work on it or not.
- If a recruiter decides to work on an open position they click on that particular position to request permission to source candidates. Only five different recruiters will be allowed to source candidates for a particular open position in order to limit the number of recruiters submitting resumes.
- We will also email you the job leads throughout the day as we acquire them so you will be able to get started recruiting for them right away. If we send you a job lead that interests you email us back and we will send you additional info on the company/client. The first five recruiters who email us back will be granted permission to submit candidates for a particular open position.
- Once you have requested contact information you may now work on and submit resumes directly to Epic Connection for review and start making placements.
