  • 1. Why would we sign up as a recruiting member of Epic Connection’s network when we can find our clients on our own?
  • Becoming a member of our exclusive network saves you time and energy and gives you the ability to work on as many open positions as you can possible handle. You can now spend 100% of your time and energy searching for qualified candidates which will increase the amount of placements and money you’re currently making. No longer will you have to search for both clients who have open positions and candidates to fill those positions.
  • 2. Sounds great, how do we join Epic Connection’s Recruiting Network?
  • Click the “Join Now” button located throughout the website and fill in the online form with your information. One of our Account Managers will contact you to finish the sign up and screening process to make sure you are a good fit for our network. Once you are an approved member recruiter an Account Manager will walk you through a demonstration of how to view open positions.
  • 3. How do we know when new positions are posted to the network we are approved to recruit for?
  • We will email you new job leads throughout the day making it easy for you to decide which positions you wish to concentrate your recruiting efforts. Email us back when you receive a job lead you wish to work on and we will send you additional information on the company/client. You can also access the company/client contact information in our website's password protected area.
  • 4. How do we submit candidates to open positions listed on the network?
  • After you reply back to one of the job leads we send you and you have been granted permission to work on the job lead you can then start submitting resumes to Epic Connection for screening. If we feel the candidates is qualified we will notify you that we're submitting the candidates to the company/client for review.
  • 5. How many recruiters can work on a particular position at the same time?
  • Only five different recruiters will be allowed to work on a particular open position in order to limit the number of recruiters submitting resumes. After five recruiters have requested contact information the position will be marked inactive in the system until the position is either filled or we need additional candidates for review.
  • 6. What happens if multiple recruiters submit the same resume to Epic Connection for review?
  • Whoever emailed the resume to Epic Connection first will be given credit for submitting the resume.

  • In most cases you don’t because we have already done that for you. The fee agreement terms will be posted along with salary ranges for each position listed on the network so you will know exactly what the terms and fees are before you decide to work on a position. The fee agreement for every position posted is final and non-evocable. In some cases a hiring manager might request a blind resume from us and if interested will then engage us to discuss a fee agreement.
  • 8. How do we get paid if we make a placement through your network?
  • The client pays the placement fee directly to Epic Connection and we then pay the member recruiter that represented the candidate.
