- Member recruiters submit candidates to Epic Connection for additional screening.
- Qualified candidate resumes will then be submitted directly to the hiring manager for review.
- Hiring manager contacts Epic Connection to set up interviews or reject candidate.
- Epic Connection notifies member recruiter representing the submitted candidate of hiring managers feedback to set up interviews or reject candidate.
- Epic Connection coordinates interviews with the hiring manager and the candidate.
- Client hires the right candidate.
